Ingredients

  • 4big boiled potatoes
  • 1medium bowl wheat flour
  • 1 bunchCoriander leaves
  • leavesFew Mint
  • 1 tspJeera
  • 1 tspAjwain
  • 1 tspCoriander seeds
  • 3Green chillies
  • As per taste Salt
  • As per taste Black pepper
  • 1small piece of ginger
  • 1Anaardana
  • 1 tbspAamchoor powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl. Add boiled potatoes mashed them. Add a bowl of wheat flour.

  2. 2

    Add coriander leaves,mint leaves, zeera, salt, coriander seeds, green chillies, blackpepper, ajwain, aamchoor, crushed ginger.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients and knead into a soft dough. No need for water.

  4. 4

    Take a kadahi add oil, heat it well.

  5. 5

    Take a small ball of dough and roll it with the help of roller pin.

  6. 6

    Add it into hot oil and fry it till it turns golden brown. The puries are ready.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with mint chutney
