Steps

Wash and chop spinach and keep aside.

In another bowl soak for about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes in warm water.

In a pressure cooker add ghee jeera, asafoetida.

Now add chopped spinach. Give a stir.

Now add soaked chana dal and spices and salt. I had left over spinach puree so I added that too.

Pressure cooker sabji for 3-4 whistles.
