Take a wok add ghee, add semolina, roast at low flame till light golden colour. Let it be cool down.

Now little roast a desiccated coconut too.

Now roast mawa till light golden colour and fragrance come.

Now mix all the things with powdered sugar and add raisins too. Our filling is ready.

Now take a parat add flour, add ghee and crumbled it well and knead a dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

After then take a dough and knead it again, now divide it into little portions and flat it by using rolling pin and with the help of Gujia mould fill the filling and make gujias and make all others too like this.

Now heat the oil in a wok and fry all the gujias one by one till golden colour and dip in a sugar syrup and serve it. Our delicious mawa gujias are ready to serve. Enjoy !!
