Heat 1 tso ghee in a pan,add rawa and roast for 5 minutes on low flame.Add dessicated coconute,roast for 2 minutes.

Add sugar and dry fruits,roast for 1 minute.Put off flame and let it cool.

Take maida in a bowl,add 3 tbsp ghee,mix well for 5 minutes.Add about 1/4cup water and make a semi hard dough.Cover and leave for 15 minutes.

Make 8 puris from the dough,put 1tbsp stuffing in the puri.Fold to give the shape of gujia.Seal the edges.

Prepare all in the same way.Deep fry gujias on low flame tull golden pink.

Serve.
