Sieve flour, add sugar and salt and mix.

Activate yeast with warm water and pour in. Mix and knead until a soft dough is obtained

Cover and put in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.

After rising, apply some oil on Working area and cut dough into pieces and mold in balls.

Get a pan (non-stick preferably) and apply 1 Tablespoon of oil and spread

Put the dough on top of the pan and spread with hands or spoon to give a fat circle

Cover and cook at very low heat

When cooked to Brown, flip other side as well

Cook all the remaining dough and set aside. Your Gurasa is ready.

Season kuli-kuli powder and add oil to make a paste

Cut gurasa to small pieces

Mix gurasa with the kuli-kuli paste and mix thoroughly

Add Sliced vegetables and mix

Add more kuli-kuli powder
