Steps

Mix milk and vinegar. Separately combine dry ingredients (sifting flour).

Beat egg into the milk and vinegar.

Pour milk and egg mixture into the flour mix and whisk until smooth.

Preheat a pan on medium-high and oil lightly.

Add any filling to pan you want within the pancake and scoop in 3/4 a ladle of batter.

Cook on 1 side until it is bubbling around the edge and has risen. Flip, cook for a little longer.

Serve with toppings.
