In a bowl add wheat atta rice louki addbesan mix them. Now add oil mirch adrak lahsun paste salt haldi lalmirchi powder bkof soda mix them and make daugh with water

Now make equall portions from daugh and make muthiya put on plate and transfer to steamer for steam for 20 mini

After 20 mini it's cook of the fleme and cool it

Then cut it in round cercle and make tadka in a kadai put oil add dry mirchi kadhipatta add musterd seed and crekle them add pinch hing and til crakle them add muthiya and stur them untill it's becoms cryspy and crunchy

Now transfer to serving bowl garnish with fresh dhaniya

Serve with tomato sauce and curd
