Kehte hain ke insaan budha hokar Bacha ban jaata hai. Well it's true, My mother is in her late 60s and she loves Ice cream more than the kids in the house. Her favorite Flavor is Strawberry. Aajkal Strawberries ka mausam hai and I must tell you I love them too, I love the way they add Flavor and Colour to any thing even if you serve them raw with a cream topping. So I thought of giving our regular meetha, a twist of Strawberries. I made Shahi Tukras that the whole family loves and I blended it with Strawberry Custard, Topped with real chunks of Strawberries and Cream. It turned out to be a match made in heaven. The unusual blend of Golden Brown Shahi Tukras and the super Creamy Pink hues of Strawberry Custard created waves of flavor that everyone appreciated.

Ingredients

4 serving
  • 1medium white bread
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1litter milk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 4 tablespoonsvanila custard
  • 1 packcream
  • 5/6fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoonbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Make sheera using sugar and water

    Make strawberry custard not thick

    Now cut bread in triangle and toast them

  4. 4

    Dip these toasted bread in shira the sugar water for 2 second dip them and arrange them like u see in pic dip one by one and arrange it like flower

    Now pour custard in lines let them leave for 15 minutes

    Decorate with fresh strawberry slices and mint leaves whipped cream add pink colour in half cream now in piping bag add cream make flower on dish

    U can simply pour custard on bread and decorate with strawberries
