Chana Chilli

Wash & soak the chana for 2 hours. After 2 hours boil the chana with salt give 3 whistles. Strain & coat with cornflour.

Again coat chana with cornflour & red chilli powder. Deep-fry the chana. Fried chana is ready, keep it aside.

Cut the ingredients into small pieces. Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil put ginger, garlic, green chilli & chopped onion saute for 1-2 mint. Then add chopped capsicum & Spring onion saute for 1 mint. Add salt and mix it well.

Add chop tomato saute for 30 seconds. Add fried chana & coriander leaves mix it well. Now add a spoon of red chilli sauces mix it well.

Chana chilli is ready. Garnishing with chopped coriander leaves & chopped Spring onion serve it as a starter.
