For Dough -Take all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and make a soft dough by adding little water.

Take a bowl add boiled potatoes, paneer and all dry spices and mix well and make small balls.
- 3
Make a dough soft by adding little oil make a small ball,roll it little and stuff paneer potato ball close the edges and roll thin chapathi as much possible. Keep a pan on medium flame and roast the paratha by adding butter or ghee and make it crispy from both the sides. Ready to serve with tomato Chutney and Butter.
