Ingredients

  • 4Big boiled potatoes
  • 100 gmsgrated Paneer
  • as requiredGhee or Butter for roasting
  • For Dough-
  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbspoil
  • ForDry spices-
  • 1 tbspchillie powder
  • 1 tbspjeera powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbspchaat masala
  • as requiredfresh coriander leaves

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    For Dough -Take all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and make a soft dough by adding little water.

    Take a bowl add boiled potatoes, paneer and all dry spices and mix well and make small balls.

  3. 3

    Make a dough soft by adding little oil make a small ball,roll it little and stuff paneer potato ball close the edges and roll thin chapathi as much possible. Keep a pan on medium flame and roast the paratha by adding butter or ghee and make it crispy from both the sides. Ready to serve with tomato Chutney and Butter.
