Ingredients

  1. 2 cupWheat flour
  2. 2 tspGram flour
  3. 1/2 cupGhee/oil
  4. 1/4 tspcrushed carom seeds
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspKasturi methi
  7. As neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve wheat flour and add besan in it.Make space in the middle and add oil,kasuri methi,carom seeds and salt.

    Knead into firm dough using water.

    Cover and let the dough rest for half an hour.

  4. 4

    Roll the dough into little thick roti and cut into strips.

  5. 5

    Deep fry in oil on medium flame.Fry till golden.

  6. 6

    Crispy Namakpare ready.Store in an air tight container after cooling.
