Ingredients

2 people
  1. 1small Fresh Broccoli cut into Florets
  2. 1 Tinchopped tomatoes
  3. Fresh small vine tomatoes
  4. 1small Diced white onion
  5. 3Lasagna sheets dry
  6. 200 ggrated Cheese
  7. Flour
  8. Butter
  9. Milk
  10. Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 180c.rapidly boil broccoli Florets, drain then add back to the pan and add tinned tomatoes and warm through.

  2. 2

Make your white sauce by adding diced onions to foaming butter and cook until soft.Add flour and stir out the mixture.Add milk gradually until it forms a lovely silky sauce.Add cheese and gently melt into the sauce.

  3. 3

Now we are ready to assemble.A base of broccoli & Tomato sauce followed by a layer of pasta and then a layer of your cheesy white sauce and repeat until your mixture has gone.I used 3 pasta sheets as this was only a small baking dish for two.Always finish with the white sauce topped on last to make sure all the pasta is covered.Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until cooked through and the cheese sauce is bubbling.

  4. 4

Remove lasagna from the oven and serve with some oven roasted tomatoes. All the best and enjoy 😉
