Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2green bell pepper /Shimla mirch
  2. 2onion sliced
  3. 1potato sliced (optional)
  4. 1medium chopped tomato
  5. 1 tspgrated ginger
  6. 1 tspchopped garlic
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  9. 1 tspchilli flakes
  10. 4curry leaves
  11. 1 Tbspmustard oil
  12. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds & Hing powder, when they start crackling add curry leaves stir till done.

    Now add potatoes, capsicum, onion, ginger, garlic and salt, mix and cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 2 minutes or till capsicum, potatoes get cooked but remain crunchy.

    Now add tomatoes and all the spices, mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Now serve hot with bread /Dhal/Rice.
