For making filling take half liter milk, add half cup sugar and boil it after that add 4 tbspn of water and make a paste.

Add custard paste to milk and stir it continuously to prevent lumps. Make a thick paste. Cool down and fill it in plastic bag.

For making dough take 3 cups of all purpose flour, add yeast, 4 tbspn of dried milk powder, 1/4 teaspn of nutmeg, 2 tbspn of sugar, salt, one egg, and 4 tbspn of butter and mix it properly.

Make a dough with warm water and knead it properly.

Placed in a pot and leave it for 1 hour until it raised properly.

When the dough raised properly roll it on slab properly and cut it in small circles.

Wait for 10 min after cutting and then deep fry it until it become golden brown.

After that make a small hole in donuts from side and fill it with custard through piping plastic bag. And the yummy custard balls are ready 😍
