Steps
- 1
Mix everything together aside from the peanut until smooth
- 2
The pan should be turned to medium to medium low heat to avoid burning the batter when it hits the pan. Use coconut oil to grease the pan to make it flavorful (approx 1 tbsp)
- 3
After pouring the batter onto the pan, you should cover it with a lid, but not fully, give it a little bit of breathing space.
- 4
As the batter is almost fully cooked, remove the lid, and sprinkle peanut to half of the pancake. I am not a sugary person, so I didn't sprinkle the peanut with sugar.
- 5
Fold the pancake in half to cover the filling. After bringing the pancake to a plate, you can cut it in half and enjoy!
