I never liked the poha until i visited Udaipur back in 2014 and since then it has been my first love as comfort food. i love my recipe and is super special to me which i can have almost every day.

i am sure you all will love this recipe which is no onion and no garlic.

Ingredients

20 min prep time; 10 min to cook
2 servings
  • 1 bowlpoha
  • 2 tspcooking oil
  • 1/2 tsprai(mustard seeds)
  • 1/2 tspsaunf(fennel seeds)
  • 7-8fresh curry leaves
  • 1green chilli (chopped/slit)
  • 1/2 tspchanne ki daal (optional)
  • As per taste Spices
  • As per taste Red chilli powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspGaram Masala
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1/2 tspsugar

Steps

20 min prep time; 10 min to cook
  1. 1

    Wash the poha.

    Add half lemon juice.

    Add all the ingredients in the oil.

    Let the ingredients crackle in oil and they turn light brown on medium flame.

    Add all the Spices.

    Which will then look like this.

    After all the spices are cooked. Then transfer it in a plate.

    Final product is ready.

    Serve With: Sprinkle Anypoha bhujia or Kurkure Shahi mix (my favorite) on top.
