My innovative idea with Lettuce. Soft, juicy and freshness loaded Lettuce Leaves are added into our plain old Raita. In this particular version of my try, I have added thinly sliced Onions and Lettuce to thick and creamy homemade Curd.
The result is in front of you all to see. Delicious and absolutely gorgeous Raita is done in no time at all.

Serve this alongside Pulao, Biryani, Barbecues and Grilled dishes. It will be an instant hit. And let me tell you one more thing about it. It goes very well with Aloo Parathas also. Try this for a change and relish my superb idea with your loved ones.

Enjoy No Cooking with Zee!

Steps

No Cook Recipe
  1. 1

Keep the veggies ready and mix everything well just before serving. There is no need to add any water. This can be made instantly if the veggies are chopped in advance.

  2. 2

Serve it chilled with Biryanis, Pulav, Fried Rice or even at everyday meals especially in Summers for a cooling effect. It's a perfect raita to go with any dish. Even simple meals look satiating and complete with this cool cool thanda thanda raita. It even goes well with barbecues too. Happy Summers Everyone!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
