Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Saute till they cook and aroma arises.

Add all the spice powders and roast

Add the chopped tomatoes and salt. Once they get slightly mushy add sugar and little water if needed.

Let it boil for few minutes and then turn it off. Garnish with coriander leaves. Once the chutney cools down a bit the chutney will thicken.
