Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupMethi (1 use kasuri methi also)
  • 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 2 cupsWheat flour
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • HandfulCoriander leaves (chopped)
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonCumin seed
  • 1/2 teaspoonChaat masala
  • 1 teaspoonOil
  • as requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add flour, coriander leaves & methi

    Add all the spices (turmeric, red chilli, salt, cumin, oil)

    Knead a semi stiff dough

    Make small balls from a dough.

    Roll it like a roti.

    Heat tawa and place on it.. when it turns golden from one side flip it spread little oil from both the side, make all like this

    Serve hot or you can store these theplas for one week.
