Dum aaloo (dum potato)

Peel boiled potato and prick them with a fork.

Heat 2 tablespoon of oil and shallow fry them over medium flame until they turn light brown.drain and transfer to a plate

Soak cashewnuts in 1/4 cup lukewarm water ya milk for 10 minute

For paste - Take 4 tomato, ginger, green chilli and cashewnuts in mixer and blend.

Heat a pan with 2 teaspoon oil add cumin seeds,clove,bay leaf black pepper and dry red chilli wait cumin seeds are golden brown & add turmeric and red chilli after add paste

Cook 4 to 5 mint add coriander powder,garam masala kasturi methi again cook until it turn thick

After add 1/2cup of water add potato,salt white and black both.stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.

Lastly garnish the coriander leaves and serve.
