Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgpork ears
  2. 1/4 kgpork tongue
  3. 1/4 kgpork liver
  4. 2 pcsred onion
  5. 2 pcslarge ginger
  6. 1 pcgarlic whole
  7. 80 mlmayonnaise
  8. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat (ears, tongue) until tender, then discard broth.

  2. 2

    Charcoal grill all meat, including liver

  3. 3

    Slice meat thinly. Prepare all spices, dice onions, garlic and ginger finely.

  4. 4

    Mix thoroughly all ingredients in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and salt to taste.
