Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 250 grammacaroni
  2. 1green capsicum cut in julien
  3. 1small orange carrot cut in julien
  4. 1/2cabbage cut in julien
  5. 2green chilli
  6. 2 tbspschezwan sauce
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 tsphaldi/Turmeric powder
  9. To tasteMix herbs
  10. 2 tspbutter
  11. 2 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly boiled macroni adding some salt and little oil once boiled take off water and wash pasta with cold water and keep a side

  2. 2

    Take a pan add oil and butter thn add green chilli and all veggies salt Turmeric poweder and give a mix and let it cook for 5 to 8 mins not fully cooked it will crunchy and soft thn add macroni in it at last add schezwan sauce and give a good mix keep this for 5 mins on low flame

    And while serving pour some mix herbs on it & tomato sauce (optional)

    Serve hot
