Ingredients

  • 1 cupcabbage (about 70 grams)
  • 1/2 cupgrated carrot (about 60 grams)
  • 1/2 cupsliced onion (about 60 grams)
  • 1/4 cupgreen onions (about 25 grams)
  • 1/4 cupbell pepper (about 30 grams)
  • 1 teaspoongreen chili (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoongarlic paste
  • 1/4 cupbeetroot (about 30 grams)
  • 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  • 1 teaspoonchili sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonSchezwan sauce
  • 1 teaspoontomato ketchup
  • 4 tablespoonscornstarch (about 32 grams)
  • 1/2 cupall-purpose flour (about 60 grams)
  • 3 tablespoonsrice flour (about 24 grams)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • 1 teaspoonvinegar
  • Oil as needed for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the onion, cabbage, bell pepper, beetroot, and all the vegetables together.

    Add all the sauces, flours, garlic, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
