Easy Crumbly Chocolate Protein Bites

I've been making these for several years now, and they make a perfect little snack with a cuppa. I also enjoy them crumbled into a bowl of yoghurt with some fresh strawberries or raspberries. :)

Preheat the oven to 180 (fan) and line a baking sheet with grease proof paper. In a mixing bowl add in the baking powder and protein powder. Add the pinch of salt. Make a well in the centre and crack in the egg.

Add the peanut butter, melted coconut oil and the banana flav drops and stevia/sugar. Give everything a really good stir until you reach a light clumpy consistency.

Wet your hands and squish the dough into small neat balls to make a total of 9. Lay them upon the lined tray.

Wet a fork and then using the back of it gently press down on top of each ball to flatten it into a fat circle then pull the fork back, up and away in one smooth motion. If they crumble a bit at the edges reform them back using your hands by gently patting them.

Bake in the oven for 8-9 minutes. Leave them to cool completely. Enjoy. :)
