Ingredients

  • Yeast mixture
  • 2 teaspoonsyeast
  • 2 teaspoonssugar
  • 2 teaspoonsplain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoonsflour
  • 1/2 cupwarm water (for kneading)
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • Flour mixture
  • 2 cupsflour (about 250 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt

Steps

    Prepare the yeast mixture and let it double in size.

  2. 2

    Add the flour to the yeast mixture, knead the dough, and let it double in size.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into six balls, roll each into a flat round, and let them rest for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cook the rounds on a nonstick skillet or crepe pan. When bubbles appear, spread the filling on top. Once the bottom is golden, place them under the broiler for a few minutes to finish baking the tops.
