My daughter favorite donut , and this is my mom recipe, so tasty , yummy and mouth watering 😍👍

Mix flour, milk powder, sugar and yeast then stir until evenly distributed.
Add mashed and cooled potatoes, eggs and add liquid milk/water gradually knead until smooth and smooth.
Then add salt and butter, then knead again until they are completely smooth and elastic. - 2
After it is smooth, leave it for about 30 minutes then divide the dough into 65 grams each and round it.
After being left let stand again until fluffy. After expanding the middle hole. Or shape according to taste.

Note: Fry over medium / / low heat until golden brown. Remove and drain.
After cold, give topping according to taste. Homemade donuts are ready to eat to accompany afternoon tea or coffee or just to treat your family 😍 - 5
