    Peel & cut washed potatoes

    Heat oil in a frying pan. Add uncooked potato chips. Do not add too many so that they cross over each other. Rather do in batches.

    Remove chips when edges are brown and place in bowl with paper towel on bottom to drain oil.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle onion spice, then all purpose spice.

  5. 5

    Continue adding next batch of chips to bowl and then sprinkling spices before adding next batch.
