250 gmschicken mince
2bread slices
2-3green chilies
to tastesalt
1egg
1 pcginger
4garlic cloves
as requiredgaram masala and chilli powder
as requiredFresh Coriander leaves
1onion finely chopped

Wash the mince well.

Add wet bread, green chilies, pepper & egg.

Add ginger, garlic, chilli powder, chopped onions.

Add salt, garam masala, coriander leaves and mix well.

Make small patties, coat with egg and shallow fry.
