Turmeric is good for health. Turmeric is used as a spice but I used this fresh turmeric as a dessert. You might have ate Aam paak, khopra paak but this time give this "haldi paak" a try!

Turmeric is good for health. Turmeric is used as a spice but I used this fresh turmeric as a dessert. You might have ate Aam paak, khopra paak but this time give this "haldi paak" a try!
Steps

Firstly wash, peel the turmeric and then grate them.

Take a nonstick pan put milk and boil it for 5-7 minutes and then add grated turmeric and cook on low flame till milk gets thick and stir from time to time.

Now add milk powder and stir it.

Now add sugar and stir well.

Now grind the almond and make a powder.

Now add almond powder, grated coconut and stir well.

Now add cardamom powder and raisins and cook till the mixture starts separating from pan and the consistency gets thick.

Now take a deep plate and apply the ghee to the plate and pour turmeric mixture and set it for 2-3 hours.

Now cut it in pieces and sprinkle some cashew all over sides.

Haldi paak is now ready garnish with almonds and cashew.
