Steps

Chutney: Grind coriander leaves, garlic, and chilli in a mixture jar and make a nice paste. Add cumin powder, salt and lemon juice in it. Chutney is ready.

Pakodis: Soak the moong dal for 3 hours. In mixer jar add soaked dal, cumin seeds, kasuri methi leaves, green chilli and grind to a coarse mixture. Take a bowl add mixture rest of the ingredients and mix well. Better is ready.

Take a kadai add oil for frying, oil is hot, put small portions of the better in the oil for frying. Pakodis are crisp take them out on a plate.

Serve hot pakodis with great chutney. Enjoy your delicious snacks.
