Caramelize the onions then add garlic and ginger until cooked.

Add the mutton and cook until it looses its water. Salt it.Add the Pilau Masala and Cummin Powder. Let it cook for approximately 20min. Add the potatoes and approximately 10min

Add the diced tomatoes, grated carrots, chopped Capsicum and cook.

Add hot water 9 cups for 5 cups of rice. Bring to boil then add the rice. Bring to boil then lower the heat and check up on the rice every 5 min

Finally as the water reduces, add garnish i.e the dhania
