Steps

Take baby potato wash and boil in pressure cooker for 2 whistles cool and remove skin.

Now another side heat pressure cooker add boiled onion and tomato in piece add also salt.

Cool pressure cooker and blend it and make puree.

Now heat the pan on the flame add ghee and oil add long cinnamon elaichi big elaichi,tej patta,sukhi lal mirch star anise, jeera. Crackle them add adrak lahsun mirchi paste stir it add curd on slow flame.

Stir it constantly now add onion, tomato puree add cashew nut paste and peanut powder,regular masala cook it very well in another pan heat on the flame add ghee and put potato saute them. Add red chilli powder,salt then add into gravy, cover lid cook slow flame until it becomes ready mix all last garnish with Coriander

Add homemade cream and serve.
