Grind coarsely peanuts, garlic and green chillies in mixie jar

Add oil to kadhai. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds to it. After it crackles add onion to it. Stir it for 2 to 3 minutes. Add grinded mixture to it.

Add 1 cup water to besan. Mix it well. No lumps should be there. Add it to kadhai and then add turmeric powder and mix it well. Cover it. Let it boil for 10 min. Stir it in between. Pithale is ready to serve. Serve it with jowar roti and sliced onion
