It's not only my favorite but everyone likes it so much specially our family members. So let's make it and share the method. Hope everyone likes and enjoying it.

Step 1 is Marination the Chicken.

Take a wok add chicken, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, Chaat masala, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste. Mix and cover for one hour.

Step 2 : After one hour on medium flame cook marinated chicken (Don't use water). Steam it till tender.

Step 3: make chicken Coating dip, take a bowl add gram flour, chilli powder, baking soda, salt and egg. Mix well with water as required. Make thin dipping coating.

Step 4: is frying. Now in Wok add oil for deep frying, heat it upon medium flame. Now dip chicken pieces in Gram flour mixture and fry in oil till golden brown. Chicken is ready.

Step 5: time to fry the fries. In a bowl add fries cut potatoes, plain flour, tandoori masala and baking soda add 2 tbls of water and mixed it. In left over oil fry the tandoori fries.

After frying set it in dish decorated with salad.

Then put the chicken pakora on the fries. Sprinkle some coriander leaves. Serve with ketchup, mint raita and any other souce. Yummy, tasty and juicy chicken pakora is ready with tandoori fries.
