Add oil in a pan and add saunf and let it splutter

Add crushed garlic cloves and ginger once it turns golden add chopped onions and shallots and curry leaves

Fry till golden brown. Add tomatoes and turmeric powder and rock salt stir till tomatoes are mushy.

Add green peas and stir for 1 minute and add mushrooms and cook till water leaves out.

Now add chilli powder 1 spoon, coriander powder 1 spoon and jeera powder half spoon (the powder i have used here is mixed with chilli, coriander and jeera). Add half cup water. Cook till masala is cooked and mushroom is 80 percent cooked.

Now add the coconut poppy seed paste and cook till gravy thickens

Now add pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves stir for 1 minute and your gravy is ready.

Serve hot with rotis, phulkas, chapathis.
