This was my creation from 4 core ingredients spinach, feta, zucchini and tomato. It turned out so well that i had to share the recipe for everyone to enjoy. it really tastes amazing and is an easy dish to make full of so much flavour.
Steps
- 1
Cut all the spinach up in a bowl with scissors, then grate the zucchinis into the bowl and grate the feta into the bowl. Then mix all together with the ricotta.
- 2
Cut all of the 5 tomatoes into small pieces. Use the small part of the grater for the garlic, so the grated pieces are very small. Grate all 5 garlic cloves with skin on into a bowl. Ass the a frying pan with 2 spoons of butter. When the butter has melted mix with the garlic with a wooden spoon and add the tomatoes. When they tomatoes have melted in the pan to a puree, turn off the heat.
- 3
In a ceramic baking tray layer, spread out half of the zucchini blend, then add the lasagne sauce. Then add the lasagne sheets evenly with no overlapping. Then add half of the tomato mixture. Repeat this process again then add pizza cheese on the top.
- 4
Put cooking foil over the tray and put in the oven for 45 minutes at 200, no peaking. get it out and let it stand for 30 minutes.
