Take all ingredients in a plate and chop all vegetables roughly and boil it for 5 min potato, beans, peas, carrot, cauliflower after it boils let it cool.

Then heat the oil for frying then fry potato, cauliflower, beans, carrot keep aside.

Then heat a kadhai add one tbsp of oil put pepper seed, jeera, garlic, clove, cardamom, chopped tomato,and onion, cashew nuts, groundnut, ginger, coriander seeds, red chilli, green chilli and cook it for 5 min then let it cool

When it's cool blend it and make smooth paste keep aside, then heat the pan add 2 tbsp of oil add one chopped onion saute it till it becomes pink, then add gravy

Mix it well and cook it for 5 mins in low frame then add red colour, mix it well add all fried vegetables and mix it well add garam masala, malai mix it well it's ready to serve with roti
