Cut ur carrot, inions and pepper to ur desired shape and sizes (either diagonally or in cube)

Blanch the carrot and peas before mixing it with the other vegetables

Set some onions aside for frying the rice

Cook ur meat with some onions and seasonings. Wen cooked, cut it into small pieces and set aside

Precook ur rice 4 at most 7-8 mins, cool it down wit cool water to remove d unnecessary starch from the rice

To cook ur rice, boil the water with curry and other seasonings of ur choice. Wen u add d rice, make sure that the water is at the same level as the rice so that it won't be over cooked. Wen the rice is well done, transfer it to a container to make it cool down before u start frying it

Heat ur pan, fry some butter den add d meat,onions and ur veggies mix it very well, add the rice and continue to stir until well fried. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
