Lemon Pickle

This particular pickle recipe by me is Sun dried one. Hence it is important to keep it in sunlight every day until evening and bring inside after the sun sets. Then repeat the same process the other day too. In this way, it's a must to follow these rules for all the following days.

Before keeping that in the sunlight, all you have to do is wash and dry Lemons thoroughly. Add in Red chilli powder, Turmeric and Salt to the jar. Mix well and keep in the Sunlight for 10 days.

Also don't forget to add the rest of the spices well roasted and powdered to the jar. Add Mustard Oil for best results. Mix well and keep it in the Sunlight everyday. It usually takes a week to get perfect. Yum!

Store in clean and sterilized jar. It is absolutely okay if it is not refrigerated. It is sun dried, so it doesn't get spoilt. Use clean and dry spoon always. That's it. Enjoy!
