Combine the dry ingredients,Add warm milk & knead for a while until the dough becomes soft,Cover it & rest for 1 hour (until the dough becomes double),

Add 2tbsp of butter & knead again for around 5mins,& cut it in 10 equal parts

Brush the over tray with oil,Tuck & roll smooth & put it in tray, brush the top with milk,Once done, apply butter on top for the shiny look, place a cloth on top and rest it for 20mins

Preheat the oven and bake at 180° for 20mins,now it's ready to serve.
