Cigars or Briouats with Chinese Vermicelli and Ground Beef

Steps
- 1
In a pan, heat a little oil and add the onions and all the spices. Then add the ground beef, carrots, olives, and cilantro. Let everything cook on low heat.
- 2
Soak the Chinese vermicelli in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain and cut it.
- 3
Add the vermicelli to the pan and stir. Optionally, add grated red cheese (cheddar) and mix everything. The filling is now ready.
- 4
Cut the phyllo dough, brush it with a little oil, place some filling on it, and shape it into cigars or briouats. Brush them with oil, place them on a baking sheet, and bake them. Garnish with red cheese (cheddar). Enjoy!
