Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsground beef
  2. 2grated carrots
  3. 3chopped or minced onions
  4. 100 gramsChinese vermicelli
  5. 1little cilantro and parsley
  6. 1little harissa
  7. 1little chopped green olives
  8. Phyllo dough
  9. Oil
  10. Optional: red cheese (cheddar)
  11. Spices
  12. 1/8 teaspoonpaprika
  13. 1/8 teaspooncumin
  14. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  15. 1/8 teaspoonginger
  16. 1/8 teaspoonturmeric
  17. 1little salt
  18. For garnish
  19. Optional: grated red cheese (cheddar)

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan, heat a little oil and add the onions and all the spices. Then add the ground beef, carrots, olives, and cilantro. Let everything cook on low heat.

    Soak the Chinese vermicelli in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain and cut it.

    Add the vermicelli to the pan and stir. Optionally, add grated red cheese (cheddar) and mix everything. The filling is now ready.
