9. Corn flour ~ 3 teaspoon
8. Sea salt~ 2 spoons
10.Hoisin sauce~ 4 spoons
11. AustralianPotatoes up to you
12. Sweet Red wine ~ 6spoons
13. Fresh Rosemary Herbs~ 3 stalks chopped fine
14.Fresh Mint leaves~ 3stalks chopped fine

Leave it to the fridge for half day
☆Ready fried pan to start cooking
.Put on small heat
.Put the sexy chicken leg one by one into pan
.Slowly pour all the sauce into the chicken
.Slowly pour 500ml water
.Covered it
Wait for 20mins turning the front chicken legs
Then, wait another 20mins to turning back chicken legs
Turning front of the chicken legs in 20mins
Turning back of the chicken legs in 20mins
Last, wait another 5mins done
To serve with~
small red chillies with chopped fine
1 teaspoonsalt fine
1 teaspoonolive oil
