Take idli cooker add water, brush the plate with oil

Fill it with ready idli mix bake it fir 15 min on medium Flame

Now we will extract idli from idli stand

Idli to be Cut in pices now

Now take a pan and oil put wray & cunim seeds

Now mix with curry leaves, green chilli and tomato

Now red chilli powder, salt, termuric, chat masala, and mix them well then put idli pices and at last shambhar masala

Mix them all finely it time for corriander leaves

Now it is ready to serve and enjoy with family...
