Steps

Add 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add jeera, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, chopped onions, green chillies, garlic, ginger, cashew and chopped tomatoes and cook for 4-5 mins.

Add 200 ml of water in the pan and cook it for another 5-8 mins. Take it off from flame and allow it to cool, then blend it in a mixer jar into a smooth purée.

In a hot pan add 2 cubes of butter and 3-4 ginger juliennes. Add the blended purée in the pan and cook it for 8-10 mins. Now add the paneer cubes into the cooking puree, also add 1 tablespoon sugar, kasuri methi, garam masala and salt to taste. Add fresh cream and cook for another 6-7 minutes and put off the flame.

Serve it in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves fried cashews and flower petals.
