Ingredients

  • 500 gflour
  • 1 tablespooncinnamon powder
  • 3 tablespoonssugar
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 3eggs
  • Water/ milk
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

    Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add into flour mixture. Add water/ milk and mix untill desired consistency is reached.

    Heat 10 ml of oil in a pan. Add batter and cook until both sides are well done.
