Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp butter. Now add garam masale

Now add onion and fry 2 min on low flame. Now add Red chilli, ginger garlic paste & mix well.

Now add tomato & kaju and mix well.

Now add ½ cup water and cover and cook 5 to 6 min. on low flame. After cook cool & grind.

Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil. Now add dry masale and paste.

Add ½ cup water and cover and cook 5 to 6 min.

Now add kasuri methi, salt and garam masala and mix well.

Now add paneer and cover and cook 2 to 3 min.
