Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1/4 kggreen grams
  • 1tomato
  • 1onion
  • 4 piecesclove garlic
  • Cooking oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 cupswheat flour

Steps

    Parboil green grams

  2. 2

    Mix wheat flour with salt

  3. 3

    Add pre heated oil

  4. 4

    Add water and knead dough till smooth

  5. 5

    Cut dough into small pieces spread them apply oil then reroll them and cover them for about 20 minutes

  6. 6

    Heat oil then add chopped onion fry till brown

  7. 7

    Add chopped tomatoes to the mixture with salt to taste

  8. 8

    Add ground garlic

  9. 9

    Add the pre boiled green grams to the mixture stir until the mixture is of thick consistency

  10. 10

    Spread the rolled pieces of dough and place the chapati on a hot pan

  11. 11

    Once brown turn on the other side and apply oil

  12. 12

    Turn the other brown side and apply oil then turn it again to dry the oil

  13. 13

    Once done serve hot chapatis with pojo yummy
