Creamy Spinach
Steps

Wash and finely chop the spinach.

In a pan take 1 tbsp oil and saute the spinach for 4-5 mins on low flame and remove and keep aside.

In the same pan take oil and add hing, meera, grated ginger and chopped onions and saute till colour changes.

Add finely chopped tomatoes, hali powder,jeera powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt to taste and mix well and cover and cook on low flame till tomatoes are soft.

Add spinach and malai and mix well and cook for 5-7 mins. Oil will start releasing. Off the gas and serve hot with Roti Or Paratha.
